Lisa’s notes: These fantastic socks are great fun with their array of colours and designs. I really like the fact that they have a high percentage of Spandex in them. I always believed that it was a myth that this helps with leg fatigue but I have to say that I have noticed when I’m teaching on a Saturday (normally from 9 to 5 with just two short breaks) that when I wear socks with a high percentage of Elasthan/Spandex that my ankles definitely don’t ache as much by the end of the day and the following day. They are also normally more expensive as a result, so these are well-priced.
