It has a 600 denier polyester outer with taped seams which is completely waterproof & breathable.

It has 200g of medium thermal fibre fill which makes it perfect for the Autumn & Spring.

There are two front surcingle straps, twin surcingle belly straps, a fillet string plus rear D-rings for optional leg straps.

In addition, it has an anti-rub lining which promotes a clean & shiny coat & shoulder gusset for an enhanced fit, allowing for freedom of movement & helping to prevent shoulder rub.

Lisa’s notes: We've already used these rugs for a number of years on all our riding school horses and ponies and they have proved extremely rugged and managed to survive the inevitable wear and tear they get. We have found they are warm enough to take the majority of our ponies through the winter even those with a clip though we are based in Cornwall where it tends to be wetter and warmer than the rest of the UK! They make an ideal rug for unclipped horses for the Winter and those clipped horses that need a middleweight rug before the temperature really drops! We also like the fact that it gives you the option to add leg straps if you so wanted!
