Lisa’s notes: I love a base layer as they are so versatile and these shirts from Covalleiro are a great buy. They are smart and easy to wash and wear, with a great choice of colours to choose from. With regards size, we have attached a size chart below and would say they do come up standard. They are designed to be close fitting so take that into account if you prefer a looser fit.
