The curved noseband is designed to bypass the main facial nerve, helping to minimise pressure in sensitive areas. Clever detailing, including additional loops, keeps the cheekpieces neatly in place and prevents them from sitting too close to the eyes.

The positioning of the bits has also been carefully considered. The bradoon is fixed to the noseband with a button rivet, while the curb attaches to the longer headpiece strap, helping both bits sit more consistently and securely.

Finished with a wide, curved browband and padding over the buckles, this is a smart, horse-friendly option for riders looking for a more anatomical double bridle.

Lisa's notes: This is a well thought-out bridle if you’re conscious of pressure points and fit. The way it sits away from key nerves and keeps everything more stable in the mouth is a real plus, particularly for sensitive horses. A good option if you’re moving into a double and want something designed with the horse in mind.
