A beautiful twin-buckle, high leg, waterproof Nubuck leather boot with numerous features to ensure optimum comfort for your feet. The twin buckles at the back allow for calf adjustment and the aqua stop membrane helps keep your feet warm and dry as it prevents moisture entering the boot but allows your foot to breathe.

The lining is formed out of a natural wool mix microfleece material to give warmth without your feet overheating. They are also designed to be worn straight out of the box without any "breaking in", thanks to the removable high density EVA sports foot bed which comes with them.

Designed by ultra-trendy Dutch brand ZOO and manufactured in Portugal by the country's finest boot makers, they are suitable for both around the yard, walking the dogs or if you just require a nice looking pair of casual boots!

What I love about these are the fact that they have managed to combine all the practical requirements of a work boot but with the style of a fashion boot that actually fits numerous occasions and looks very glam! A prime example is the heeled sole that although made from hard wearing rubber to ensure flexibility and a very long life, also gives a really flattering look to the leg as it appears to lengthen it. I never realised the effect until I was wearing mine and everyone kept commenting on it!

There is also no need to spray this boot with any protective spray as the nubuck leather is specially treated so that it takes on no more than 15% of its own weight in moisture which means that water cannot pass through the material even when kept in water for hours on end. This can only be a positive in my book considering the recent weather! They are perhaps one of the most comfortable boots I have ever worn because of the EVA sports sole which can be removed if required.

Sizing wise they are a generous fit so allow for the European size to be around half a size larger than the English conversion. 

I would normally be a UK size 5.5 and I fit the size 38 with the standard insole in them. We have put a sizing guide below to help but if you find that the fit is slightly big then we can send you a slightly thicker sports insole which will size the boots down by half when you take out the original and replace it with the thicker one. It's all designed to achieve a perfect fit.

This particular style is also great for women who have a fuller calf as they are a more generous fit and have greater scope for adjustment. If you only have a slim calf then you may prefer the Slim Leg High Boot.
