The Imperial Riding Starlight Competition jacket is a lovely children's jacket with pretty detailing that is subtle yet provides a discreet amount of bling. The front of the jacket has clear crystal buttons which are also repeated on the cuffs. There are tiny black crystals around the collar and lapel and along the twin vents on the rear of the jacket. On the left chest, there is a logo adorned with tiny black crystals and contrast silver thread. It is nicely tailored and has the look of a softshell competition jacket and is a decent weight but without the bulk.

Lisa’s notes: Imperial Riding is a relatively new brand from the Netherlands which is fast gaining popularity particularly in the children’s and teenage market because of its fun, young designs which are of an excellent quality and are reasonably priced.

This lovely competition jacket is no exception and will appeal to all ages. It is of a really good quality and has a more modern design compared to the normal traditional style jackets. I love the tone on tone crystals as they give the jacket some detail but without going too overboard which means it can be used for more disciplines. The clear crystal buttons just give a touch of sparkle and contrast beautifully with the fabric. They are reasonably priced for a children’s show jacket  especially with all the detailing.
